We believe that music can promote recovery and wellbeing in a unique way and provides people with a lifelong skill that is also therapeutic and provides a better alternative to alcohol or drugs. Our guests have the opportunity to learn an instrument or can learn how to create music electronically on a laptop computer.
We provide guitar lessons every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am.
Making music offers people a new experience of themselves, which can support those experiencing temporary distress or chronic and enduring problems.
