Art is an amazing way to express your feeling into something tangible. It doesn’t matter how good you are, the project is about allowing people living with mental health issues to experiment with different art forms, meet other people and make new friends in a safe, warm and relaxing environment.

Every Thursday afternoon from 1pm until 3pm. And it’s free!
